Who we are

Sentius Intelligence ("we", "us", "our") is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through sentiusintel.com.au.

What we collect

When you submit the "Book a briefing" form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, your selected area of interest, and any free-text notes you provide. We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive categories of personal information through this form.

Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may also be recorded by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation.

How we use it

To respond to your briefing request or enquiry
To understand which of our services you're interested in, so we can route your enquiry appropriately
To maintain records of client and prospect communications

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website. All fonts and other page assets are self-hosted rather than loaded from third-party services, so no browsing data is shared with external providers simply by visiting this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox (info@sentiusintel.com.au). We do not forward, sell, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may pass through infrastructure operated by our website hosting provider and email service, solely as necessary to deliver your enquiry to us and operate this website.

How long we keep it

We do not yet have a formalised retention schedule. As a general placeholder, we aim to retain contact form submissions for no longer than is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records - typically no more than 24 months - unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or contractual reasons, or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sentiusintel.com.au.

Children

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
